It also identifies brands, and the ability to distinguish them by identifying their criteria, the terms of trademark acquisition, as well as the statement of the entity responsible for registering the trademark, and the registration procedures, it identifies the modalities of the formal and objective inspection of the brand, the challenge mechanism and the objection procedure, the nature of the decision handed down, and available remedies to the administrative court.

This course introduces the Project Management Unit and the history of its development, as well as the importance of its existence in organizations, the requirements of an effective PMU, addresses the types and responsibilities of PMUs as well as their main functions, the PMU life cycle, and how to plan and implement its establishment. The course then identifies the PMU project documents, and the concept of effective communication, the concept of risk management and its importance, the possible reasons for PMU failure, and finally refers to advice for successfully establishing the Project Management Office.
